Xtream Codes uses separate account fields

In a typical Xtream Codes setup, the player asks for a server URL, username and password. Copy each supplied value into its corresponding field. Keep the server’s protocol and any port intact. A playlist name or nickname is generally a label you choose inside the app; it is not a replacement for the account username.

An app can also have its own sign-in or licence account. That is separate from the television-service login. If the screen asks you to purchase an app upgrade or sign in to a publisher account, check that you are in the playlist section before entering service credentials.

An M3U entry needs the full playlist link

An M3U playlist describes media entries that a compatible player can load. When a player asks for a playlist URL, provide the complete private link supplied for that purpose. A short server address alone normally does not identify your account’s playlist.

Some links include usernames or passwords in their query parameters. Treat the full address like a password. Do not paste it into public comments, URL-shortening services or online conversion tools. If you need support, describe the error first and use a private support channel for account-specific checks.

Choose compatibility rather than a promised quality upgrade

Use the method supported by both your activation and your chosen app. The official TiviMate listing, for example, lists M3U and Xtream Codes support. That confirms player compatibility; it does not supply a content subscription or guarantee that an account supports every format.

Switching between login formats does not turn an HD source into a 4K source, increase the simultaneous-connection limit or restore an expired plan. If a stream fails, separate a login issue from a playback issue before repeatedly changing formats.

If the playlist will not load

Do not publish a screenshot containing your password or full playlist URL. If the device is connected but only one channel fails, the account may already be loading correctly; test another source and use the buffering checklist rather than starting the login setup again.

  • Check the account is activated and the chosen plan is current.
  • Match the selected login method to the details you received.
  • Check copied spaces, spelling, protocol and any supplied port.
  • Allow the first import to finish before retrying.
  • Note the exact error, app version and device model for support.
